Whether you’re a new motorist or you’ve been driving for decades, you may have questions about service in general and our Houston, TX Honda service center in particular. Here are some of the inquiries we hear most often in our Honda service center:

  • When is your Honda service center open? Our Honda service center is open six days per week. Our state-of-the-art Honda service center is open from 7 am until 7 pm Monday through Friday, and from 8 am until 5 pm on Saturdays.
  • What is Honda Express Service? Honda Express Service is designed to get your car in and out of our Honda service center fast. We have a bay dedicated to Honda Express Service, with the goal being to finish work on your vehicle in 30 minutes or less after your car enters the Honda Service Express work bay.
  • Do I need to make a service appointment? While we encourage you to make a service appointment, especially if your car needs extensive repair, we always do our best to accommodate “walk-ins.” If you don’t have an appointment, service is provided on a first-come, first served basis.
