    As the Service Director of Gillman Honda, my goal and my team's goal is to provide excellent customer service to create life time customer loyalty.

    I have enjoyed working in the car business for a total of 30 years now, all of which has been in the Service Department.

    My most recent car is a 2009 Honda Accord!  I've also owned a Nissan Xterra, Nissan Maxima, Nissan Murano, 1985 300 ZX, Ford F250 Crew Cab, 1990 Chevy Extended Cab, 1980 Chevy Camaro, and a 1970 SS Chevelle.

    As a Service Manager of the Gillman Honda Service Team, I am a person that comes to Gillman Honda with a lot of knowledge and experience which definitely helps me my leadership role.  I also feel that the customer comes first!

    I previously worked in the car rental industry for 4 years and have been a Body Shop and Retail Car Business owner for 21 years!  I bring to the table many years of experience and have been at Gillman Honda for the past 3 years.

    I've driven both Honda Accords and Elements.

    As a Service Advisor of Gillman Honda, I am a person that will tell my customers what the most important service is needed for their Honda at that time.  I will always treat my customers the same way I would want to be treated!

    I previously worked as a service tech for 2 years and have been a Service Advisor at Gillman Honda for almost 2 years.  My favorite brand has always been Honda, not just for the sportiness and exterior, but for the motor!  Honda has a motor that will reach 200,000 miles for sure!

    I have a 2001 Honda Prelude and 1997 Civic and both cars are still going strong to this day!

    As an Express Service Advisor of Gillman Honda , I always like to suggest 3 levels of priority on repairs to my customers so my customers know what should be taken care of immediately, what needs attention soon, and what can wait.  I like to focus on what really fits the needs of each of my customers that come in for service!
